Rolled Chicken Supremes

8 large chicken breasts
8 slices imported Swiss cheese
8 slices boiled ham
3 eggs
3 cups seasoned bread crumbs, rolled fine
1 stick butter

Debone breasts. Prepare Supremes by wrapping cheese and then ham around each breast. Secure well with wooden toothpicks. Beat eggs: dip each Supreme in egg and roll in bread crumbs. In shallow baking dish, melt one stick of butter and add Supremes. Place on low rack in 350 degree oven and bake 35 minutes, turning only once during cooking time. Baste often, adding more butter if necessary.
